A crime is about to be committed! Join us for Demise Amongst the Derricks, a Murder Mystery of Dastardly Deeds. This “who done it” will take place at the Petroleum Museum on Saturday, April 20, 2024. We will be going back to the 1920’s when prohibition put the “organized” in organized crime! Dames dolled up and gangsters ruled the speakeasy.
You are invited to the Museum’s Wildcatter Speakeasy for the wedding of the year! In this “married to the mob” event, you’ll never know who to trust. With the two families merging together, someone is bound to lose power, which means someone else will lose their life! You and your fellow wildcatters will have the opportunity to solve the dastardly deed.
The evening will include a Murder Mystery, Culinary Delights catered by The Half Acre, intoxicating Giggle Juice concocted by Hops & Bubbles, and Mug Shots in the photo station.
Your support serves many purposes including enabling us to offer quality learning opportunities to visitors of all ages, showcasing exceptional exhibits, and advocating for the energy industry.
You won’t want to miss the fun! So, dress like the cat’s meow in your best 1920’s glad rags such as flapper dresses, feather boas and headbands, zoot suits, pinstriped suits, and fedoras. Please help us solve the caper, see who ends up in bracelets and led to the big house. It will be the bee’s knees!
