West Texas Wanderers Texas Topaz Trip
Gather up your hiking boots, hat, canteen, and pick and shovel … and whatever else you need for a fun “hunt” in the hills of Mason County. Join other West Texas Wanderers to search for Texas Topaz, the state gemstone of Texas. On Saturday, April 29th we will meet on the courthouse square in Mason and caravan to the Bar M Ranch to hunt for topaz and other minerals—and (of course) keep the gemstone. Participants are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and food for this trip.
